Banking & Payment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with corporate clients to understand their business operations and specific banking/payment/remittance challenges 
• Analyse client needs and match them with the most suitable digital platforms and partners from our extensive network
• Gather all required documents and information from clients, ensuring full alignment with the specific KYC, AML, and compliance requirements of each partnered payment channel and platform
• Arrange necessary documentation and conduct initial KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) before referring clients to the platforms
• Manage the full end-to-end onboarding process for onboarding (local & multi-currency), FX solutions, cross-border remittances, card acquiring/issuance programmes, and alternative banking options 
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, deliver excellent after-sales support, and proactively identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
• Stay updated on regulatory changes (HKMA, SFC, MAS, FCA, etc.) and latest fintech/openbanking developments
• Support marketing and business development activities (proposals, webinars, client events)
• Work closely with the founder and senior consultants to continuously enhance service quality

Requirements:

For Banking & Payment Consultant

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in banking, payments, remittances, fintech, PSP, EMI, or related fields (Less experience will also be considered for the post as “Associate”)
• Solid knowledge of account opening, KYC/AML/CDD, FX, cross-border payments, and card solutions is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills (English + Cantonese/Mandarin is a strong advantage)
• Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple client projects simultaneously
• University degree or above (Business, Finance, or related preferred)

  – Consultant: HKD 23,000 and above (negotiable according to experience)
